• Delivery is nationwide.
• We ship all orders from Lagos, Nigeria. It usually takes us 2-3 days to process orders. A tracking number or delivery information will be sent to you via email or text message.

Returns and returns are based on the following terms:

• You must state the reasons for your returns via our official email along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase.
• The item must be returned within the week of purchase.
• Please note, that you’re responsible for shipping charges when returning your package.
• Your package must the same condition you received it. We request that you do not use, wash, or alter any returned items, as they will be thoroughly accessed upon return.
• If the goods are damaged upon delivery, you can return them with proof for an exchange.
• In a situation whereby an item is received in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void.

It usually takes 14 days for returns to be received and processed. After your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which could take up to 5 business days.
